John Godwin has been a key part of the Duck Commander family since 2002. Though he grew up deer hunting with his father, once John was introduced to the world of waterfowl hunting, he was hooked, especially by the art of duck calling.
At Duck Commander, John’s day-to-day includes building duck calls, managing inventory, and running the shipping department. But when duck season hits, his primary title becomes Decoy Technician — finding the perfect placement for decoys and maintaining gear so it’s hunt-ready each day.
